Our History

Began operations in April 1996 led by Gregorio Rufino, a former PLDT employee, who has had 35 years of solid experience and was succeeded 20 years later by his children. EM-AMEN, to-date, has been a family-run business.

Our Partners

Worked with PLDT on MSI and OpSim Projects, DIGITEL on Repair and Maintenance and other related Services. Also performed installation works for SMART Telecoms, Payphone Repair and Maintenance and related services.

EM-AMEN has been satisfactorily doing business with PLDT Inc. in Main Station Installation and Outside Plant Projects, DIGITEL Projects such as Repair and Maintenance and other related Services. It has also performed installation works for SMART Telecoms, Payphone Repair and Maintenance and related services. It is currently one of the panel members of PLDT Panel of Preferred Installation, Restoration and Maintenance Contractors. Is has also consistently delivered good results for various Outside Plant Projects, especially for PLDT’s rush projects.

At present, EM-AMEN is catering Provision and Repair Services for PLDT Inc., FIBERHOME PHILS., INC., and Outside Plant Works for Huawei Technologies Phils., Inc.
